New Web Guide System

• Marlen has upgraded its production line with the next generation of sensor technology. Moving away from a pneumatic to an electromechanical guide system.  The new sensors use a combination of dual cameras, infrared lighting, and distance sensors to scan and analyze virtually any web no matter its opacity, light sensitivity, or thickness.  One sensor now performs the job of many to increase output along with reducing scrap and maintenance. This will help reduce scrap and help Marlen textiles’ keep our costs down.
