Staffing Changes

Marlen Textiles is happy to announce the following staffing changes:

• Production Manager
  • Jeff Gradel has recently been promoted to Production Manager. Jeff has held various roles at Marlen, including Project Manager, where he was responsible for leading building, equipment, and process improvements.  Under the tutelage of the now retired prior Production Manager, he has made a seamless transition to overseeing all aspects of production.
• Lab Team
  • Erin Lindberg is a 2023 graduate from the University of Missouri with a B.S. degree in Chemistry.  She is employed by Marlen as a research and development chemist.  Before joining Marlen in July 2023, she worked as a research technician.  Erin has been instrumental in the transition of the Top Notch family of products to the use of PFAS free chemistry. 
  • Jonathan Yawn joined Marlen in August 2023 as quality coordinator.  Jonathan has 17 years of manufacturing experience in various quality and supervisory roles.  Before joining Marlen in August 2023, he worked as quality manager. Jonathan is responsible for various internal and external quality related duties at Marlen. 
  • Raoul Ramirez joined Marlen in 2015 as a production employee.  Before joining Marlen, he served in the U.S. Navy for four years.  Raoul has worked in various departments in the plant including the coated fabric production line and the mixing department.  Raoul moved into the role of quality control technician in June 2023.
